CLEAR is a non-profit organization and ministry that was developed to “Lift the veil on human trafficking awareness and prevention.” As such, the organization surveys the landscape on human trafficking activities, assesses the facts, and presents the truth through education.
MISSION & VALUES.
CLEAR’s approach to human trafficking awareness is centered on biblical truths that support the prevention of this crime and bring awareness to those individuals that are responsible for the safety and well-being of vulnerable populations. Every human being has purpose in life, and deserves the ability to pursue that purpose without being lured into the devices of human trafficking. As awareness of this crime increases, those responsible for protecting potential victims become “Capable Guardians.”
Proverbs 31:8,9 Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves; ensure justice for those being crushed. Yes, speak up for the poor and helpless, and see that they get justice.
Frankie Hing
CLEAR was founded in 2022 by Frankie Hing, the Executive Director, and is based in Columbia, South Carolina, and Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Frankie speaks across the USA raising awareness about human trafficking. These teachings are designed for adults and equip them to become capable guardians. Frankie educates on specific tactics used to lure and groom both children and adults, resulting in human trafficking.
